Frequently asked

Does Klave provide channels or content?

No. Klave is a player only — like VLC or Infuse. It does not include, sell, or recommend any channels, movies, or streams. You supply your own playlist from a service you already subscribe to.

What playlists work?

Klave supports Xtream Codes logins (server URL + username + password) and standard M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs, with optional XMLTV EPG for the TV guide.

Is my data private?

Yes. There are no Klave accounts and no tracking. Your provider credentials stay in your device Keychain, and your favorites/history/preferences sync only through your own private iCloud. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A channel won't play.

Confirm the same stream plays in your provider's own app, check the playlist URL/credentials in Settings → Sources, and make sure your subscription is active. Still stuck? Message us below.
